BUSHES & Inserts

Wenda Sheet Metal offer an extensive range of threaded studs, bushes & all kinds of inserts that can be used for hundreds of applications, not limited to but including: mounting of back plates, fixings for brackets, location markers, earth points, connectors, frames, PCB mounts, lid fixings, component standoffs and endless other possibilities. These clinch nuts, standoffs, pins etc. are available in all different shapes, sizes, lengths and materials, and are supplied in self-finish, bright zinc plate, and stainless steel.

Our team can fit a wide range of insert types, such as self-clinch, welded, stud weld and rivet nuts. In addition, we offer cage nuts and rivets. Rivet nuts are especially relevant for use in box section parts where a thread is needed which is discreet and easy to install.

We have a Pem inserting Machine for all our self-clinching and inserting requirements.

A pre-punched hole for individual fasteners on our CNC Punching machine, will guarantee accurate positioning.

Pem-serts are ideal for the electronic PCB manufacture.

Weld studs are an excellent alternative to Self-clinching products, that give an excellent contact adhesion to both ferrous & non-ferrous materials. Extremely strong & resistant to shear. (even on aluminium). An ideal process for aesthetic components that require little or no witness marks or blemishes.
