Wenda Sheet Metal is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and seeks to meet all customer requirements. We are continually improving processes, products and services, meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction at all times.

In order to achieve this commitment, a documented Quality Management System, which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2015, has been established. The Company Manager is responsible for determining measurable objectives for customer satisfaction and the aspirations of the Company.

It is Wenda’s intention to continually improve the effectiveness and implementation of the Quality Management System, satisfying all applicable requirements relevant to the Company.

The aim of our Quality Management System is to ensure that:

  • Wenda manufacture and supply parts which fully conform to the customers’ requirements, relating to quality, reliability and delivery, whilst maintaining excellent customer relations.

  • Wenda is continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, monitoring and reviewing, identifying potential errors and implementing the necessary actions to eliminate them, whilst remaining relevant and effective to the changing needs of our customers.

  • Our customers’ requirements have been fully understood and met.

  • Our staff are fully trained and involved in quality improvement.

  • We have the skills and resources to fulfil our customers’ requirements.

  • The responsibility for quality lies with all employees of the Company, hence stimulating and encouraging interest and pride in their work.

  • We base decisions on evidence to ensure the correct decisions are made.

    It is the policy of the Company to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all employees and such information, training and supervision as may be needed.

    All employees are made aware of this policy and its objectives and are committed to its implementation.
